Creative Living Environments has recently begun to catalog its award winning plans. For the first time plans prepared for specific builders or individuals will be available to other builders and the general public. The plans included in our catalog are all proven winners.These plans can be purchased for significantly less than a new design would cost. The plans may then be used as is or customized by Creative Living Environments or a qualified design professional in your area. Note that some of these plans were prepared for a specific builder and that builder may retain exclusive rights to their use in certain market areas.
These plans may need to be revised to meet local building codes and covenants. For example plans designed for central Florida may not meet coastal Florida hurricane requirements or plans prepared for a Colorado builder would include a basement which would not be appropriate in Florida or Texas.
Each plan is identified by a unique plan # that is designed to provide you with some basic information about that plan. For example, plan # 89-2-4436 is a 89'wide home with 2 stories offering 4436 sq. ft. of conditioned living space. A plan number with a 1b refers to a single story home with an optional 2nd floor bonus room or suite, these plans and other plans with standard optional spaces will appear twice in the index since they have a minimum and a maximum square footage. Where there are similar plans or additional plans that were a part of a specific product line, you will be offered the opportunity to "See also" those similar plans with a click of the button. The index on the following page will help you find the right house to fit your lot and lifestyle.
